The 21st century requires learned leadership that must possess skills of critical thinking, problem solving, technology, socialization, collaboration, productivity, communication and many more to handle global economic and financial crises. Routine life poses you challenge of deciding where to allocate resources and how much risk is available in expected returns. Either it is time to raise expense or save money or make decision to live economical life instead of luxury.
Hence it requires getting education in this direction not only to take decisions for you but also for your organization, country and world, because generations shift need learned decedents who handle challenges of change in trends from conventional to modernization, from local to globalization, from manual to digitalization even artificial intelligence.
Hence I welcome to students who happily take bold and strong decisions for their career choice and make sure their struggle will bring advancement in traditional practice.
Not limited to this but keep in mind that hard and smart work is always paid back, when challenges are taken with strong belief in Allah Rab ul-Izzat and clarity of sprit; because life is once and decisions taken cannot be reverted, so strong belief and hard work always pave a way forward.
