Introduction: The Department of Business Administration has been operational since 2013, offering Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs to aspiring students from Larkana and its surrounding cities. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a four-year program spanning eight semesters, conducted in the morning shift.
For postgraduate studies, the department offers two distinct MBA programs to cater to students from different academic backgrounds:
- MBA (2 Years – Evening Program) for candidates with a non-business background who wish to enhance their careers through specialized business education.
- MBA (2 Years – Evening Program) for students with a business background, specifically those who have completed a four-year BBA degree and seek advanced business expertise.
Since its inception, the department has successfully graduated nine batches of BBA students and nine batches of MBA students, many of whom have excelled in their respective fields. The curriculum offers specializations in Management, Finance, Human Resource Management (HRM), Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, and Banking, among others.
The department is proud to have a team of highly qualified faculty members with diverse expertise in teaching and research. Its collaborative and research-driven environment has enabled both students and faculty to present papers at international research conferences, with over 50 research papers published in HEC-recognized journals.
Beyond academics, the department actively engages in extracurricular and professional development activities. It has successfully organized international summits, national guest speaker sessions, workshops, sports weeks, welcome & farewell events, and various marketing and entrepreneurship-driven initiatives.
