It is a profound honor and privilege for me to assume the role of Vice Chancellor at the University of Larkano, situated in Larkano, Sindh.  With steadfast dedication, I aim to foster the growth of this university, which encompasses four distinguished faculties: Engineering, Agricultural Science, Law, and Social Science and Humanities.

Drawing upon a wealth of academic, research, and administrative experience, acquired through various leadership roles including Chairman of the Electrical Engineering Department at QUEST, Dean of Electrical, Electronic, and Computer Engineering, and Convener of university committees, I am poised to collaborate with the talented faculty members of UoL to elevate its status among the nation's foremost academic institutions. My unwavering focus remains on enhancing the standards of education and research.

Comprising four campuses renowned for producing exceptional graduates, UoL stands committed to nurturing a conducive learning and research environment, equipped to impart 21st-century skills to its students. With state-of-the-art laboratories accessible to students, faculty, and industry stakeholders, we are dedicated to enhancing the caliber of research, employing PhDs across conventional and emerging fields of engineering, science, technology, agriculture, and social sciences. UoL is privileged to boast a distinguished faculty whose scholarly contributions are reflected in high-impact factor journals and prestigious national and international projects.

As Vice Chancellor, I am driven by the vision of positioning UoL as a preeminent hub of knowledge creation, economic empowerment, and leadership cultivation across diverse domains. It is my aspiration to propel UoL into the ranks of the top 100 universities globally, anchored by our firm belief in the pivotal role of STEMA (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Agriculture) disciplines in shaping the future.

In my capacity as Vice Chancellor, I am steadfast in my commitment to restructure conventional paradigms of education, fostering inclusive communities, robust economies, and progressive leadership models geared towards addressing both national and global imperatives.
